$2000 refundable security deposit. It will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the stay. An itemized accounting of any deductions will be provided if the renter is not receiving a full refund.
- Check-in time is 3pm on Saturday
- Check-out is Sunday by 10am
- During peak season, prompt check-out is necessary to allow enough time for turnover cleaning.
Cancellation Policy: if cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in, they will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between 14-30 days prior to check-in will get back 50%. Otherwise there is no refund.
